• Your Tour Contract: The contract between the Client and Company is paramount. We assure confidentiality and stand with our customers in disputes. However, we are not liable for personal matters. No employee except the director has the authority to amend these terms. Discounts or promotions are only valid if provided in writing.
• Secure Your Booking: To secure your booking, a minimum deposit is required. You must review booking conditions and tour package information. For any clarifications, contact us. Our team will assist you with tour-related matters.
• Payment for Your Tour: After the deposit, the balance amount is due within one week. Full payment may be required earlier in certain cases. The balance due date will be communicated to you. Failure to pay may result in booking cancellation.

• Change in Booking: Changes can be made under emergency conditions. Repeated changes are not entertained. Minor changes are allowed under certain conditions.

• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited during travel. Your safety and that of others are paramount. Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
